How to install ACQULIA Player?
I can not install ACQULIA Player in WindowsVista. / I have installed ACQULIA Player but it dowes not start in WindowsVista.
I've got an error message "Max Connection Exceeded!!"
The streaming server exceeds the maximum number of allowed connection.
Try to connect again later.
I've got an error message "Network Connection Error"
Connection to the streaming server failed.
- Check your PC network configurations and try again.
- Check your system administrator or service provider.
I've got an error message "Failed to connect to Server".
It could mean that your player cannot establish the connection to the streaming server because of connection service being out of service or streaming port being unreleased.
- Check your PC network connection and try again.
- It could be that your anti-virus program prevents connection to the streaming server. Disable the anti-virus program temporarily.
- It could be that your computer is protected by a firewall or proxy server. Consult your network administrator.
The audio sounds distorted.
The reason behind this error could be that network congestion may be so great or your internet connection to the streaming server may be so poor (or if central processor is heavily-loaded).
- Close other applications. Make sure no other programs running.
- Change your PC settings or use high-performance PC.
Some picture frame drops.
This could be caused when the network speed (or Internet connection speed/ bandwidth speed) of your PC is not sufficient due to buffer overflow. Multi-tasking also can cause dropped frames. If it happens frequently, you may need to change your PC settings to improve performance.
- Close other applications. Make sure no other programs running.
- Please try again from high-performance PC.
The audio doesn窶冲 stop although I had closed the active display while playing.
This could be caused if your PC shutdown suddenly due to network hang-up etc. Insufficient memory or program窶冱 crush in certain parts also can be considered.

ACQULIA H.264 CODEC FAQ
I can not install VSS H.264 Codec Pro 3.5 in WindowsVista. for encoding
- Please uninstall H264 codec. (If you are already failed the install H264 codec.)
- You should run this command from the command line. (with administrative permissions of course)
C:\>bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
|
- Then you should reboot the PC.
- Please install it again.
